CW’s estate planning and taxation practice encompasses all aspects of estate planning from the drafting of a simple will, health care proxy, and power of attorney to the structuring of sophisticated documents such is QTIP Trusts, Irrevocable Insurance Trusts, QPRT’s trusts.  CW also handles complex estates and probate administration, as well as the preparation of federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns.  We guide our clients through the nuances of estate planning.  The ultimate goal is to avoids probate, minimize and/or eliminate estate taxes, and draft documents which best reflect our clients’ wishes.  Our estate planning attorneys’ are frequent panelist and lecturers on developments in estate planning and related tax issues.   

CW also has a unique practice in the representation of native Chinese speakers doing business in Massachusetts and across the United States.  We represent Chinese clients directly, as well as providing a range of advisory services to other law firms representing Chinese clients from the structuring of businesses to the navigating of the complexities of litigation.
